Rob Kermidas answers every inquiry and plans every night, and the DJ and MC on your contract is named: Rob or Coty, your choice. Not an agency assigning whoever is free, and not a name on a contract who sends somebody else.

You want the ceremony to be audible, the dinner to feel like something, and the floor to fill and stay full. That is three different jobs in one evening and they are not interchangeable.

A band on the bill
Live sound and stage production.
When the night has a band, the band needs a stage that works before the first song: a PA sized to the room, clean monitors, and somebody at the desk who is listening from where your guests are standing. That somebody is Willie Robb, who leads live audio for the team.
Most band work lands between $2,000 and $7,000, and the scale of the event decides where.
