37 East Tennessee wedding businesses, most of them people Rob Kermidas has shared a load-in door with. A vendor list is worth having for one reason: the day runs better when the photographer, the planner and the DJ have worked the same room before and already know how each other operates.
This is not a paid directory. Nobody on this list has bought a place on it.

If you are a vendor
Rob is easy to work with on the day.
He shares the run of show with the photographer and the coordinator in advance, loads in early, and tells you before a cue rather than during it. If you have a couple who still need a DJ, send them over.
- The timeline goes out in advance, not on the morning.
- Cues are called before they happen, so you are in position.
- One point of contact, and it is the person who will be there.
- Certificate of insurance to the venue on request.
Working an event together?
Send the date and the venue. Rob will confirm whether he is free and get you the run of show once it is booked.
